How are ya’ll feeling today? A bit better? Did you feel a shift/lift come in late am/mid-day? Sleep was still the same – but I realize that’s largely personal for me (the tension I have been feeling all week).

Enjoyed the sun and company of one of you’s in person friendship for expansive, heartfelt authentic conversation which is so. frigging. refreshing (because it happens in person). Had a beautiful dog walk over to us and gave so much love – it brought tears to my heart and eyes. I’ve missed having a doG – and really felt that in full today. I am ready.
