There are multiple weather related vids on YT about the dc flooding..there was a storm that passed thru and dropped 4 inches in an hr..there were people on cars that had water up to windows. .a brief clip of showing and someone saying ..yes the basement is flooded at the White house..I guess my question did the water start to rise before the ‘storm’…and the ‘storm’ CREATED to hide the planned flooding of tunnels…hmmm
