this one touched me right where i needed it today – kind of surprising me. we all need to have this feeling of safety – more than ever. a warm blanket – a safe space where we can just BE however we need until we can get back up on our own.
What a day. Didn’t I already post something here earlier?? I have a vague memory. Whew. So. frigging. tired. I definitely hit a wall today of “done cannot go any more like this”. But I think I spoke about that and the sleep thing. What I can comment on is seeing how so many are feeling out of everything as well as “they” seemed to throw some unwanted and unexpected energetic punches our way the last 24 hours. My. Gawd. Had a few private conversations with sweet, tired Souls in the same or similar situation – just done with the battle and the need to protect and protect thy self.
Got out of the house for a long walk then to go get playdough. Girl and I had a hankering. Still smells the same. She tried to take a bite and immediately spit it out saying with disgust “OMG how did I EVER eat this stuff as a little kid?!” The brain evolves (plus there’s something exciting to doing something you’re told not to at that young age). 😂🥰
Cheap entertainment for these times.

I think we all needed a chair like that to sit in today and just feeeeeeeeeeeeel. I reached out and received love in return – and made some new connections in the process. Lots of good feeeeeeeeeels on that. Turning around a horrid feeling as much as I can. Together – we can help do that for one another.
