editor victoria’s comment ~ miso soup (make sure the soup is made from fermented soy) has also been used as well as iodine. i take iodine in the form of Kelp from NOW foods brand and my girl and i eat miso soup regularly. and i can attest to the clay causing constipation which is why the bentonite clay i take now and then says to drink extra glasses of water when consuming…i may have to add some clay the next time i make my chocolate….

Well, there’s a great chance that clay is gonna help with the radiation of 5G… or any existing radiation of any kind…. the chocolate.. I’m not so sure it was more than a simply way to ingest the clay in a measure dosage form… many sites suggests 1 tsp of clay is a normal dose… and to watch out for possible constipation…. but with that said… if you are radioactive… a little constipation might be a worthy tradeoff, to do an effective detox.
I saw someone is on to this idea… but for me, I’m not big into chewing clay since my teeth aren’t in great shape… and i feel the best way is to ingest clay in liquid….
