Word of the day:  W H E W.

Soooo drained – sleepy – napping – not moving much.  As compared to yesterday – night and day experience.

Releasing.  Felt a lot of sadness very early this morning – it was mine.  Then had anger and frustration.  Going to share a video now – which called me to title this piece “Sometimes we’re the person in the chair.  Sometimes we’re the person making the music for the person in the chair.”  Yesteray – I was the musician.  Today?  I’m sitting in the chair.
