The day started out pretty fun – with that photo of some “unknown” man on top of one of the faces of Mt. Rushmore. My mate headed out to get some food items. As I have shared here, our Governor created an Executive Order stating all people at indoor places must wear face coverings/masks. Those 12 and under AND those with medical conditions that prevent them from doing so are exempt from the order. That includes every one in this family.
Local signs at stores clearly outline this.
However, one store only says all customers are expected to wear masks. They’ve had that mandate for weeks. I wrote them when I was first informed of their new policy and said I would not be able to shop there given my conditions. I was told I was welcome to shop there – that they realized not all could comply due to personal issues and to let them know if any other staff member took issue with my lack of facial covering.
I have had no issue since. Today however, with my mate, was a totally different experience.
He had been inside for a bit and was getting one last item. He felt someone behind him so he turned around and saw one of the employees watching him. An exchange took place with the employee telling my mate he had to put on a face mask or leave. My mate said he was exempt from the mandate because he had health conditions. The employee insisted he had to leave. The manager then came over and reinforced that my mate had to leave.
The police were called and a trespass violation was issued against my mate – banning him from the store – permanently (unless the store rescinds their decision).
As this was happening he phoned me and he was surprisingly very calm and matter of fact.
I wrote to the store and reminded them of the conversation I had with them via e-mail awhile back. I also copied and pasted their store policies on wearing masks – which are on their website and were updated as of July 1. Here it is:

All shoppers are required to wear a facial mask or covering while in the store per the State of Oregon’s mandate. People who have underlying health conditions, a disability, or are under the age of 12 are exempt from the mandate.
You can clearly see they are to uphold the exemptions and thus grossly violated my husband’s rights. They made a HUGE error in judgment and we aren’t going to be quiet about this. (You want to know my opinion on this? He was targeted. He’s a white male – tall – older – and they are under attack as you know by the left and this store is full of employees who support the BLM movement – many of them wear badges. I was there yesterday and no one approached me.)
So we are pursuing this legally, thus the title for this piece. If any of you know of a Civil Rights Attorney – especially someone who specializes in Disability Rights please contact me. My husband is recognized as Disabled by the State. His medical conditions are numerous as I have shared here.
I am livid. Upset. Traumatized. The whole family is. It brings up all of the nonsense we had to live with – being who we are (my husband and I) and what we believe in and support – but it all went to a new level of outright assault on our freedoms back in March and has been 4 months of hell. Parents too afraid to let their kids play with our girl. Teachers too afraid to open up activities again.
Enough is seriously enough. Today the final line in the sand was drawn with us.
Has it been worth it to deny us our RIGHT to socialize with one another? To have REAL conversations with our fellow humans? Has it been worth it to cancel social activities for our children? Has it been worth it to deny families the right to grieve by having funerals or to attend church and sing and worship?
I ask: HAS THIS DAMN CHINA VIRUS BEEN WORTH ALL OF THESE SACRIFICES?
Absolutely not! (and yes I know it’s fake on almost every level – something went around – grossly exaggerated at all levels – and anyone with any logical sense AND a real human heart knows the sacrifices have not been worth it.)
I can’t do this anymore, friends. I just can’t. We are going to have to move someplace where this isn’t allowed – where there aren’t any mandates and governors and mayors who follow the nazi protocol. I will likely start a gofundme campaign (or similar) to raise funds for an attorney and to get out of this pit hole. Today I saw again where 2023 will be when our REAL full freedom returns to this country.
I don’t know about any of you here in the States but that is a time frame I refuse to agree to. Just as I don’t agree to living under this totalitarian bullshit we are having pushed on us. Imagine what 3 more years of their agenda will turn this country much less this earth space into.
Apparently a lot happened today. The one day I wanted to sit down and watch, live, those happenings at Mt. Rushmore – an event I have looked forward to for over a year – and some little nazi sympathizers choose to pull this nonsense – interrupting that experience. I’ll just have to watch after-the-fact.

My heart is with you and your family. I had a similar thing happen here in Kansas. While we don’t have a state mandate to wear masks (the gov. was trying to make one though) some stores still choose to make them mandatory. I have the paper printed out on the law that says you don’t have to comply if you have a certain disability and I also have a statement from General Flynn that says that “stores can make their own policy, but if that policy violates the constitution or Bill of Rights then that policy is null and void”. I had a space at our local antique mall and went up this last Monday to check on things and the owner had made masks mandatory so I told her it was a violation of rights, that masks actually make things worse and that I had a health condition and didn’t have to wear one. She got really angry and tole me to “get my things and get out”. She would not listen to anything I said so I left and went to visit the county sheriff. He said i would have to get a civil lawyer too and since she did not assault me or anything there was not anything he could do. I thought it might be discrimination or something but decided it was just as well. Sales were slow anyway and since we had to pay rent while they were closed I would just pack up and try to sell things online.
Went back the next day to pack up and an older lady that had a booth space next to mine came over to talk to me. The owner heard us and came back and told the older lady she could not talk to me because I did not have a mask on. Geez! Now we have the gestapo here! I was just so fuming both days but did not say anything as I did not want to escalate things further.
I can understand the point of view from those that don’t know the information that we do and are so gullible and believe the lies and propaganda and are just so fearful they are going to get sick, they will strike out at anything that goes against the narrative. It is just so frustrating and THAT is what makes me the most angry—the media lies and manipulating normally nice people.
Maybe the light and energy coming in at the eclipse tonight will help things along with the awakening.
