editor’s note: maybe the influx of proton’s is what gave me my “super woman” feel today on my bike ride. holy WOW! i normally ride in 3rd gear on most of the streets (level, more or less)- today i downshifted to 5th because 3rd felt far too easy. my girl, who normally rides ahead of me, kept saying “mama slow DOWN!” i had this unbelievable burst of “wow am i 18 today?!” energy. of course by 7:30pm i’m suddenly needing to nap so yeah – sounds like a teenager right?
