i gotta say – today felt different energetically. something “new” going on. i had a hard time functioning all day. usually it will be in moments – but today? every moment was a challenge to focus. i also had a hard time talking and absolutely was not interested in conversing. i felt even less connection w/neighbors w/whom i usually feel something – some connection. today? not happening. i observed that on a walk. it was a beautiful day here – although the wind feels like it’s coming from the arctic. normally when we have the sun and a southerly wind it is warm. made for a challenge to just be in the sunshine and sit. as ou girl said “i wish the weather would make up its mind!” as she would run inside and put on a coat only to throw it inside minutes later (wind had stopped) – then she could come back inside and change tops AND add on another coat. back and forth. her closet was in disarray with clothes on the ground and hangers scattered about.
