brief reflection first – energy feels heavy today.  feeling it in my chest.  went for a walk.  doing yoga.  and after this, repeating.  dark thrashing about.  ?  of note – the type of spam showing up on the comment section on my site went up in numbers and in perversion since last night.  it could be due to some who don’t support my work (much less respect my word or boundaries) – sending my site to some of these outlets.  who knows.  i have security here and things get filtered – blocked and removed.  still found it interesting given how i am feeling today……

i would say a clone malfunctioning…this man is creepy beyond words…some continue to harp on the phrase POTUS was caught saying (which is vile of course) about grabbing ’em by the “p” – and yet these same folks dismiss jb’s inability to keep his hands to himself especially when it comes to children….
