Storm keeps on brewin’…  Oh to have this stuff exposed after I have been researching, blogging and sharing for almost 15 years on this stuff is quite exhilarating, if not a bit painful.  Such a waste of choices by too many in power. Heather-Ann Tucci-Jarraf: Transcript Proceedings Before Judge Clifford Shirley

 

Very interesting read.  I found it – questionable – that the Judge stated, in the official court record, that “court stands in recess till the trial resumes this afternoon.”  That did not happen.  He later stated he would issue a ruling within 30 days.
