Putting things together after seeing and engaging and hearing from others………

We seem to be on our own timeline – our own experience – viewing all that is happening from our perspective.  Even though I own that I voted – I don’t see the point in it – and at the time I did I felt nothing.  My brain tried to convince myself otherwise – saying this is a vote to say NO to evil.  But ANY system of government is just power over and control – cleaned up version or not – it’s still all b.s. that doesn’t align with me.

Manifesting seems to be hit or miss with many of us struggling a lot atm. I have either have power or not – which means I have the ability to control my weather around here – we were supposed to ahve had sun and dry starting yesterday – which I intended and gave my energetic consent to – but what do we have instead?  Pouring rain showers and 50 degrees.  “They” keep pushing the sunshine out into the future.

I seriously need some answers.  I either create my reality or I don’t.  There is no gray here.  For anytime you say you create your own reality EXCEPT or BUT….that says our ability TO create is seriously compromised here.  Oh yes – there is a way to manifest in this reality – but that information is part of the secret club.  

I’ve been scripting/intending for months and have seen only maybe just a weeeee bit of movement with personal agenda’s – my ability to manifest $$ has been in the toilet – funds down – costs up – daughter needing things that I simply can’t afford at this moment. I need glasses and some other things that insurance doesn’t cover.  I never joined their club – hence, well, there ya go.

That said – I KEEP GOING – all of us – KEEP GOING.  Keep at it.  If it takes 10 years or 10 minutes to build that house (metaphor for experience), then keep. at. it.  And support one another.  Help out.  Whenever two or more are gathered in the energy of Love – magic happens easier.  P E R I O D.

For me it’s exposure/promotion and money atm.  Share my work.  Donate whatever you can.  Simple and doable for anyone with employment and the time and heart to do so.  Please add to my energy of expanded finances, new opportunities to increase finances and new home.  My body is desperate for this – my heart cries daily now – for my girl – who is as desperately wanting to live someplace safer and small and quiet – where we can go wherever we want without having to worry about drug addicts and half naked men walking around town relieving themselves, yelling – not to mention safe places to go hike without worrying if my car will be broken into.  She is every. bit. as DONE as is her mama here.  This challenge to find affordable housing and increase my income is really pushing me to the edge.

We want that new reality?  Be AS IF we are in it.  As much as we/you/I can.  Even if “they” compromised that ability and made it hard as hell to always be IN THAT SPACE – because if enough of us were to be in that space and stay in that space – we could have changed this entire reality.

Or so I say.  Hard to play a game when you don’t remember how to play it and it was f’d over hugely by invisible parasites.

Ok – so diving in – I keep seeing the same repeating narratives – doesn’t matter what side.  And that song – proud to be an american – OMG if I have to hear that song ONE MORE SECOND I’m gonna burst a plethora of nasty sounds.  lol  Quick – new song time new song time.  Hey – I have one – heard it today – a favorite because it’s jazz and no singing.  Plus it gives me visions of dancing little birds and puppies.

W h e w.  I haven’t gone into the fray today yet – but I still feel it.  If the weather had cooperated, I would have gone for a long walk – but given it poured and was cold (like winter cold), such walking was brief, with umbrella’s.  Being splashed on and wading through piles of wet leaves that stick to the bottom of your feet is just not my idea of pleasant escape.

So music it is.  Dance.  Drive.  And so much stretching and deep breathing, I’m going to bust into the Home Realm any moment.  “Hey guys – you about done out there?  Cause we want outta here!”

I was thinking into the whole scenario of Trump showing up at McDonald’s – making fries – at the fryer.  Thinking of FRYDAY.  Fox news (below) says they “forsee” a 3 day lapse b4 election results are released – which would be a Friday.  Also thinking of my dream – the calendar – november – 22nd – “all will be revealed by then” – which is a Friday this year – and it also happens to be the 47th Friday of the year (Trump to become the 47th Prez).  Just some sleuthing.

Also thinking of elections – fixing this one and that one.  I continue to feel now 2020 was given the illusion of a rig in order to carry out military ops.  And in truth – none of the elections were rigged for one candidate or the other – because it was always the same coin w/different sides in each and every g.d. election we’ve had – certainly since Kennedy (and that could have been the same situation too – he just “flipped” the script and didn’t back down).  2016 could have been the first “real” election we’ve had here in the states.

It isn’t like I have a need to say go back and make sure Al Gore got in instead of Bush because, you know, all part of the same club.  Just want everything PURE and HONEST.

On this freezing cold day, a warm and delicious surprise arrived. Consuelo and her son brought us freshly made tamales and hot strawberry atole—pure comfort in a cup. There’s no better way to keep working side by side, for and with our community, than by receiving the love and care of so many.
As Consuelo handed me the tamales, she smiled and said, “My grandfather taught me how to make these. With this food, we celebrate birthdays and weddings. With this food, we ease our pain at funerals. I know it has been with us for generations, just like you at BeLoved Asheville. It’s there in good times and in the hard times.”
What a beautiful reminder that food heals, and love keeps us going.

 

 

 

Today’s Finds and Meandering Thoughts

Why walk when you can bike?

I am a biker.  I L O V E to bike.  As in I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it.  I love the speed.  I love the wind in my face.  I love to bend with my bike as I rip around a corner.  I love to greet the trees as they whip past me.  I love to ride until I can’t ride anymore, whereby I stop, take out my water bottle and take in much needed gulps of cool water, and depending on the weather, splashing it on my body.  Today was NOT one of those days that such a choice would feel good.  Today was a day where I had on a heavy coat, long pants and gloves.  Today was a day where riding fast didn’t feel as good as it does in the warmer months for it had been about a week that I last rode this hard and given it was 80 and today was about 30 degrees cooler, coupled with the lag time, my thighs screeeeeeeeamed at me “WHAT THE HE!! ARE YOU. DOING. TO. US?!”

I half laughed, half cried.  Each year after a pause in riding over the cold, rainy misery ends, the days lengthening, the suns warmth having returned, I jump back on and hit the trails and like each year before, I have to work my legs back into condition.  That’s after 3-4 months of no biking activity.  Today was only 6 days and my legs were behaving as though it had been months since they had seen such work.

NO FAIR, I thought.  This getting older stuff.  I do walk in the colder months, even do a bit of hiking on some of the trails, but it isn’t the same.  In fact, walking, for someone like me, is quite boring.  Yes, I can take in the scenery, but unless a story comes to mind to occupy my thoughts of boredom, I am just not one to go for a walk and truly enjoy the experience the way I do biking.  I’ve tried jogging, but I couldn’t push past the part of screaming knees, wobbly ankles and my stomach threatening to unload its contents.  So I am often left with doing what we do as children:  Pretend.  I pretend I’m on my bike as I walk.  I walk fast, do a fake impression of some jogging, closing my eyes and assuming the biker position.  I can get away with this when I’m alone, but if my teenager has decided to tag along, unless I am up to dealing with words like “OH MY GOD MOM STOP IT!”, which when I am out exercising and getting some escape from my daily routine, I’m just not up for the drama, so I stick to walking.

I am so obsessed with this sport and miss it so much during the winter that I will visit my girl (bike), parked in the cold garage, telling her I miss her, that “winter’s almost over” and “soon we will ride as one again.” Then I take off on another walk.

Boring old walking.

Fantasizing for the warmer days to come where I can hop on my old friend, tell her hello after a long winter’s absence, whiz on down the road and up to the trail, giving my command performance to nature as I greet her hello, relishing on how good it is to see her again from the vantage point of a bike.

So – the voter’s pamphlet arrived.  Perhaps I’ll write a piece titled “To vote or not to vote ’tis is the question.”  It all seems rather tiring and old – repeating another cycle – but I also see the bigger picture at play, so I get the purpose.  Really practicing the “observe – don’t absorb”.

Speaking of KH (and JB as well) – both Maya Rudolph and Dana Carvey were both asked to return to SNL (Saturday Night Live – tv show here in the states going back 50 years) – with Maya being asked to play Kamala and Dana, Biden.  Watching their performances I had this sense that they each are one of the actors we are seeing playing KH and JB.  And more theorizing – the possibility of John ending up as Prez –  or VP – masks removed from RFK Jr and JD Vance – which btw have we seen RFK and JD in the same room/photo yet?

It’s not just about losing the things that made life comfortable; it’s about facing a new and cruel reality where basic needs become luxuries. The heartbreak settles in when the storm clears, and you’re left with freezing nights, no heat, no lights, and nowhere to go.
People huddle outside in the snow, in tents, in cars, in makeshift shelters, bundled in layers that can’t quite fight off the biting cold. It’s not just a physical struggle—it’s an all out emotional and mental war.
I continue to seek any beauty in all of this. Humanity. Neighbors who barely exchanged hellos before the storm are now sharing blankets, food, and any resource that might provide a sliver of help. Volunteers show up with hot meals and supplies, offering warmth in the form of community when the power grid can’t. Strangers helping strangers, and even in the darkest, coldest nights, people find a way to take care of each other.
I find myself awake at night thinking about the ones who didn’t find a blanket. Can’t build a fire. Truly surviving the elements.
God be with them; comfort them.
I pray the sun shines bright today, releasing a new hope to push just one more day.
