The air turned quite cool today and brought in a lot of rain (for this time of year).  As such, soup and the tea my daughter calls “Christmas in a cup” was our go-to foods to eat.  Staying out of the whole energy of what today is about – as I have most of the previous years.  I also decided after over 15 years of trying to best honor this day by continuing to write about and share solid intel on that day, that moment has had enough of my focus/energy.  And as we all know now, the hidden truths continue to come out as this day in matrix history is no exception.  Here are more hidden truths being seen atm.  Remember to share, donate and as always let me know how you’re doing and what you’re experiencing.

My girl and I have been driving around counting cell towers.  I recently told her those were going away – we would be having new signals that are benign to power things.  AAAAAAND – some other goodies: they are using the Vantage point in Leo.  Starlink sats are outside of the dome – in a net around this realm (speculation – if they really were inside we would see them everywhere).   LEO is located below the North Star (see below) – which could trigger the flash/frequency switch – which may also go off as the same time as this TCB super nova (or one may trigger the other) – thus flashing us all out and into a new reality which I keep saying not all of us see ourselves in the same “place” – much less have the same feel/sense on the how.   Who knows – we’ve all had so many visions – I’ve seen new phones arriving on a sunny day.  Truth?  Could have changed? I don’t know – could have been matrix.  The mist?  Who knows – could be truth or the matrix.  “Using the two stars at the end of the scoop of the Dipper, follow them away from the open scoop and the first bright star you come to is Polaris, the North Star. Follow those same two stars in the other direction to locate Leo, the Lion”.

Telling Our Own Story

One of my favorite songs I composed many years ago contains the lines “we all have stories that tell of our lives.  And we all hide them when it’s really no big surprise” – the next line alluding to the theory that we all pretty much hold the same perspective of who we think we are.

And yet, there’s a part two to that story.  It isn’t who we THINK we are – it’s also who we REALLY are.

And who we REALLY are – that’s what requires the real work.  Who we REALLY are is difficult to put together with words.  How do you define Eternity?  And how to understand that from the human brain?

I’ve been focused off and on on this Awakening for over 30 years.  And I am sensing there’s a bit of a collective energy – at least among some of us – to Remember our abilities.  Remember HOW to write our own stories.  Reflecting on this – pretty sure that’s why “they” programmed us with that monkey brain that chatters away – the part of the brain that is always looking for threats whether we want it to or not.  That’s why healing is so involved.  The body keeps the score (think triggers – where do you experience those?).  Some parts of the brain go “oh ok” once the body releases that memory.  And then there’s the frontal cortex which helps us chill and get back online.

And then there’s our REAL power center – that part of us that can go to the next level – See it ALL.  And that, I feel, is where the real magic happens because, at least for me, once I get to that Power Center, I am able TO do magic.  Perform miracles.  I did something along those lines a few mornings ago – I may have mentioned it here.  I was ‘doing’ things in that Space I’ve never done before and for a while I. Felt. AMAZING.  “So this is what it’s like to Truly be in control of my own experience.”  Then I went to sleep and woke up feeling anxiety and thought “Fuch this – I don’t want to feel like this – I want more of THAT!”  lol

Here’s an example that came to me:  We know there is nano-tech in the jabbies that literally behave like a machine.  There are experiences of these people radiating and thus getting passed on to others where people began having unusual rashes that can only be described as a radiation-type burn.  It was a very “real” experience – in quote as it happened inside of the matrix.  I see we are hooked up consciously here – and so what happens, using this experience as an example, “they” create that storyline, we experience it and thus our mind goes “oh, that’s a thing”.  But when we can get to that 40,000 elevation as 17 mentions, that is when we can REWRITE the script – personally and collectively.  Yes, it happened but it does NOT indicate that’s just how it is or that we have no power to change it – because I feel – do I dare say I KNOW – the only thing keeping it sticking and going here is our own. attention. to. it.

It’s not just about practicing – it’s about Remembering – and I feel even within these vessels – my vessel – contains those deep memories and knowing’s.

Just got to keep at it.  Make myself a priority.  We are flipping the script on “them”.  But we are also here to rewrite our OWN stories.

Listening to Coast to Coast show talking about Antarctica – what’s underneath the ice.  Ancient cities.  Stargates.  The Nazi’s and their base there.  I don’t know when it was recorded – often these shows are years old – but the fact the talk is around Antarctica is interesting for me.  Remember when Heather Tucci Jarraf said once Antarctica is out on stage, we’re at the end.  Melania said “they shouldn’t have chosen to sink with the ship”.  There are 138 volcanos’ there and 2 are active – it’s actually the largest volcanic area on the planet.  Here’s where my mind goes given my research – this entire reality is a giant machine.  And the ice is melting due to the use of technology.

9.7.24 ~ A variety of good finds, happy finds, truthful finds….and the Feels by Memes

Energy feels off – like we’re all trying to find a place to land and stay while we’re also getting (attempts to be) tossed around like a lottery ball at the same time.

The paradox of everything……..is there truth?  what is it?  inside of me?  outside?  both?

 

Is it one giant experiment where what we focus on exists only due to our focus/attention given?  If so, how do we all get on the same page to create the same damn things we all say we want – freedom, healing?   A mass global nap where we bed-it until?  You know – if that group is thinking “it’s fall – FOOTBALL” while others in my group are thinking “it’s already fall?  UGH Football – I’m focused on puppies” (because we have NO DESIRE to have football in our reality – e v e r).  That beautiful log cabin in the forest by the ocean?  That cabin is available for $1 million and people like me say I HAVE THAT MONEY but someone who actually has it IN THAT MOMENT goes and takes it for themselves.  And the real question:  did that person actually do the work to have that money?  

Because like Bob above – how many healthy, happy, successful (financially speaking) people really do the work?  I KNOW for certain those I know haven’t.  They walking around blind and ignorant to the reality in which they reside, some still taking the jabberwacky.

How does all of this creating manifesting stuff work exactly?   Outside this place and seeps inside?  Does it only work SOME of the time?….  Seems there are favorites here doesn’t there?  Matrix simulation controlled by invisible parasites does that.

So then – What’s the frequency Kenneth?

And all that said – WE STILL HAVE THE POWER.  So keep using it!  And don’t let anyone knock you off your personal Truth path.

9.5.24 ~ Some interesting finds and reflecting

I had another deja vu today – and it was intense and lasted for almost a minute.  I feel these moments have to do with waking up more on the outside – and perhaps outside we are a few milliseconds ahead – always in the future, so to speak.  And I really don’t know now what it is when I say “outside” – other than my Soul – the “rest of” my Consciousness.  Something has been up with these experiences because they became very intense the past few years.  I thought of Neo in the matrix – while he was waking up and questioning inside the very matrix he wanted out of – he still did not fully wake up until he was literally pulled out – back in his original body.  And waking up from that experience is like waking up from a dream – very similar experience cognitively/consciously as is a deja vu experience.

This is very interesting………..I’ve been doing my own practices – sometimes I get in my own way but always get back at it………It’s important, for me, to go to that space where I see what I want to see – not necessarily what I am seeing…..(or feeling, experiencing, etc.)………..I have had an inner sense for awhile now this place is more malleable than I let myself believe….

I reflect and immediately “get”:  Think Antarctica.  Think massive amounts of land beyond the ice wall.  Think everything is a lie.  Think this reality is NOT what “they” have sold us.  And as far as roads – what I’ve seen – where we’re going – there are no roads.  We fly.  We teleport.  So no roads needed – Other than nice soft dirt roads for walking, etc – which is REALLY REALLY soft and cool – which I have felt in two visions I have had – unexpected visions.

Emotional day for me today.  I’ve been doing a variety of verbal intentions (daily) while doing energy work with my body/nervous system (not daily) – sometimes the body and the mind meet at this place where the body reminds the mind “PAY ATTENTION you are getting ahead of me.”  The body absolutely keeps score, and I was reminded of that again.  Intending with the mind without listening to the body lands you where it did for me today.  Body says, “SLOW DOWN.  I am willing, but I got this stuff to remove first”.   Haven’t done an emotional purge like that in years.

As I was having this experience, I was also having those heart pulls for what is pure and real – something I can trust.  Something that will come along and not hurt me with sudden ugly behavior leaving me frightened and confused.  I didn’t put it out there as an intention necessarily – it was just something coming from my heart.  On our bike ride today, I was greeted by several monarch butterflies and then we were treated to a dance with dragonflies.  It. was. amazing.  Especially the dragonflies.  My girl and I had parked our bikes under some trees and noticed one dragonfly – quite large – fly by us, do a little dance, then passed by us again, going the other way, making a loop.  This continued for several minutes.  I thought to capture it with my camera but put it back, not wanting to miss one second of this magic.  In time, another dragonfly joined in.  My girl kept saying, “Mom, I can’t believe this is happening.  It’s amazing!”

It was.

And just for us.

When I arrived home, later on, I was experiencing unwanted conversation and looking outside for distraction, I saw two hummingbirds – one coming right up to the window.

I’m sitting here looking at the August calendar still on display by my computer.  I tell myself what I’ve been saying for the past 3 days, “I should probably change that.”

I’m not so fond of dreams these days and intend to stay out of that astral space as much as possible.  I had what could be an interesting one recently – I was on a plane and Melania was there too sitting cross legged, across from me.  I told her I’ve had so many dreams of not only her but of Trump and John – I could feel myself rolling my eyes over the concept – how I struggle with boredom and weariness now.  She smiled and nodded as though she understood and mentioned something about not too long now – we’re at the end.  For some reason I panicked and wondered if I had time to get a meal before take-off.  She said “of course – no one gets left behind” – then got up and left as I went to get a burrito.  lol

Some tips on Vagal toning, reflecting and headlines/finds ~ 8.28.24

 

 

This month feels like a lot happened – in a small amount of allotted time – which has me feeling the time program was messed with – slowed down.  That is my sense I feel in my body.  During this month, the anxiety I felt was heightened more, exhaustion was at a new level, I had moments where I felt I was a teenager, undergoing massive growth/cellular change thus increasing my appetite and need to sleep.  Nature has continued to say it’s fall even though we’re still in summer.  And the need for NEW continues.

As does healing – which continues to be a focus – where I have a primary methodology, but I utilize other tools as well.  At the moment, I have returned to the vagus nerve and vagal toning.  Even if one doesn’t hold much if any trauma in the body, if you’re awake and have felt the energies of this transition and the war, your nervous system needs extra TLC.  Here are some things that can help.

YOGA.  David Emerson is really skilled in the area of trauma and yoga.  He has a book, Overcoming Trauma through Yoga you can check out at the library or get online around $10 or less.  I checked it out at the library and photocopied the poses.

STRETCHING.  Let the body tell me where and how.  Tune in with curiousity and find where your body is holding tension and move it, stretch it, rub it, etc.

EYE MOVEMENT.  Lie on your back in a comfortable place/space.  Do some mindful breathing – in through your nose, out through your mouth, until you are relaxed.  Then left your eyes drift to the right.  Hold until you feel your body relax then return your eyes to center.  Repeat looking to the left and again, hold until you feel your body relax.  You can also move your head to the right and then move your eyes to the right and again, hold until you feel your body relax.  Repeat for the left side.

Hold an object 4-6″ from your face.  Focus for 20 seconds then look off in the distance for another 20 seconds.  Repeat this 4x and when finished, relax your eyes.

Put a cool or cold washcloth or water on your neck and chest.  This is said to help reset your vagus nerve when done first thing in the morning.  Some people even put ice on the neck and/or chest.

EAR SELF MASSAGE:  Rub your ears gently, all around the inside, the crevices, now and then gently pulling on the lobe.

TUNING FORKS (and other frequency producing modalities – tuning bowls, crystal bowls).  Youtube has a lot of channels to pick from.
