While living in the 3D Matrix, an entirely distorted reality dominates the collective consciousness perpetuating human ‘halves’; men and women seeking to unite and merge with each other to become whole again. Men who have yet to integrate all their yin energy are deficient and plugging into women’s sexual energy. Women who are deficient in yang energy are dependent on men for more masculine energy. The 3D relationship is outward seeking, parasitic and taking energy from others. This is not a system that supports human bonding or trust…far from it!
3D relationships are driven by dependency and controlling the other person…leading to fears of loss, repressed expression and deep-seeded resentments. This is a ‘lack program’, creating separation, loneliness and yearning for someone to ‘complete’ us. 3D relationships do not sustain healthy intimacy when both individuals are needy, desperate, lonely and empty inside. Relating in Duality is outdated and dysfunctional. Humanity needs to evolve into 5D relationships of harmony and collaboration – to relate to each other as whole, integrated Beings that enhances loving connection, personal growth, authentic expression and joyous fulfillment.
As we ascend into higher consciousness, we shift our focus and awareness to relating in the Now! It requires being Present, conscious, paying attention, listening, expressing your truth, offering support, allowing and honoring. It does not involve controlling, demanding, judging, criticizing, reacting, manipulating, or over-powering others. It does not include taking energy from others.

INFP personalities are true idealists, always looking for the hint of good in even the worst of people and events, searching for ways to make things better. While they may be perceived as calm, reserved, or even shy, INFPs have an inner flame and passion that can truly shine. Comprising just 4% of the population, the risk of feeling misunderstood is unfortunately high for the INFP personality type – but when they find like-minded people to spend their time with, the harmony they feel will be a fountain of joy and inspiration.
Being a part of the Diplomat personality group, INFPs are guided by their principles, rather than by logic (Analysts), excitement (Explorers), or practicality (Sentinels). When deciding how to move forward, they will look to honor, beauty, morality and virtue – INFPs are led by the purity of their intent, not rewards and punishments. People who share the INFP personality type are proud of this quality, and rightly so, but not everyone understands the drive behind these feelings, and it can lead to isolation.

Unlike their Extraverted cousins though, INFPs will focus their attention on just a few people, a single worthy cause – spread too thinly, they’ll run out of energy, and even become dejected and overwhelmed by all the bad in the world that they can’t fix. This is a sad sight for INFPs’ friends, who will come to depend on their rosy outlook.
If they are not careful, INFPs can lose themselves in their quest for good and neglect the day-to-day upkeep that life demands. INFPs often drift into deep thought, enjoying contemplating the hypothetical and the philosophical more than any other personality type. Left unchecked, INFPs may start to lose touch, withdrawing into “hermit mode”, and it can take a great deal of energy from their friends or partner to bring them back to the real world.
Luckily, like the flowers in spring, INFP’s affection, creativity, altruism and idealism will always come back, rewarding them and those they love perhaps not with logic and utility, but with a world view that inspires compassion, kindness and beauty wherever they go.

Aloha all…it is with hearts filled both with sadness and with joy of celebration that we share with the ECETI Community that our beloved Jedar – in many ways the Shaman of ECETI – transitioned from the Earth Plane around 4:45am this morning. |

Jedar often referred to endearingly as the ECETI wonder dog. He passed at 24 and lived a wonderful life touching many hearts at ECETI. As you can see by the photo he was not your average dog. He was named after an Andromedan Afa Jedar and lived up to the name. He was a corgy blue healer mix. Appeared in the ECETI documentaries, has his own facebook page and has watched as many come and go from ECETI. He told us he was leaving in the next two days and true to his word he passed leaving a legacy behind. He was truly a healer and mentor of both dogs and humans. It is important to not send any sadness or sorrow concerning this event. Send love, joy, bliss and gratitude. Having had my own near death experiences I am happy for him, a bit relieved that he is now free and did not suffer. It will be a bit strange after 24 years not seeing him every morning, although he did get a bit grumpy in his later years but I am sure in time we will all come to realize he never left in spirit and is just a thought away. We are hear for just a blip in history when compared to our eternal souls. Might as well make the best of it. Jedar is now

Editor’s note: I know some of you can relate to this one as well… Years ago a woman I knew at the time told me people were going to be uncomfortable around me because I am “too real” and that being an empath creates the mirror effect which is scary to those not into self awakening/self-awareness.

We have all experienced it, being around someone who has either taken an instant dislike to us, or a bizarre resentment suddenly appears in those we have known for some time.
There may be no clear reason for this change in their behaviour. No matter whether they try to hide their feelings or not, an Empath can sense their loathing and it does not feel good!
Someone taking a dislike to another is a completely normal and acceptable part of life. We are all different and there will always be some people we do not get along with, whether Sensitive or not.
What is often baffling to the Empath is why some people act in an animostic way towards them, when they know they are a likeable and trustworthy person.
Now other than the fact that some people will always want to take away the light of those who shine, I have come to discover there are three other reasons why people either cool off or take an instant dislike towards the Empath and they are:
They Act as a Mirror
Their Vibration is too Fast
Their Stillness is Wrongly Interpreted

I’ve been thinking about something I heard earlier today in a video I watched. The thought was we will not have any negative thoughts on New Earth.
I pondered that one. That freedom loving part of me said “hey I want to be free to hold whatever thought I want!” I reflected some more and asked for some guidance. Here is what came through.
It is true we will still be free to hold whatever thoughts we wish to hold in our minds (whew!). However, when the thought is one that serves only to judge self or another or is otherwise harmful/destructive, we will immediately feel that in our body and it won’t feel so good. Unlike this realm, where our thoughts can go seemingly unnoticed by ourselves, that won’t be the same experience in a different frequency. We will be much more aware and thus in-tune with/sensitive to such experiences. Perhaps that’s why, as time passes, so many of us feel our minds are becoming almost a blank slate ~ often neutral ~ just in this state of Being (which can appear as zoning out, being totally out of it – or wonky as I call it).
(wow i am having a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge deja vu right now as in multiple experiences and dreams i have had are merging………..what a trip!!)
I am feeling ~ indeed hoping ~ the chattering monkey brain will be silenced. That feels like it’s a matrix program ~ one that will be removed (we will be released from) upon the event energies.
I wondered about conflict. In this realm, the matrix rewards power-over. Energy siphoning. When one attempts that at the higher frequency, the result is different. I had a feeling when we engage in this, we will experience what the other person is feeling. It won’t feel so good obviously.
It is these “this doesn’t feel good” experiences that will help us move away from these old habits. Like quitting smoking or other harming habits that, while they may give us a quick rush, only harm ourselves in the end. And how good it feels, in that end, to let them go. Obviously it has been an intense few weeks as this next light level flows in. This series of intel addresses the mulitidimensional levels of what is unfolding for the Ascension in this now. I AM about to travel to Sedona for High-Vibe gatherings, which feels well-timed as April provides unique interaction with the crystalline bridges to the New Earth experience. We are experiencing major releases of plasma light pulses. Ancient codes are stepping forth for higher timelines. Unlock what you planted here for Ascension, beloveds. The Crystalline Grid is adjusting the New Earth Grids for stability; Intend flow, ease and grace.
Meditate to feel the bliss, expansion and soothe the clearing activity. Focus on the heart as the energy field stimulation is very strong, especially for embodiers of the Christed frequency. The whole-body vibrations and surges will continue to amplify. Shake it til you make it!
Your lightbody is changing right now, don’t let the mind distract from this sacred transformation. Deep Soul group activity also present; we are migrating realities as a collective.
Note the activated heart torus expansion – like a big balloon of light. Spin crystalline-diamond-Christed light through these fields, it truly supports balance and integration. Extra water and oxygenation; we are purging the uncomplimentary DNA patterns and imprints from the cells. Release, weep, smile, we got this. It is safe to change.

Crossing the Crystalline Bridges: Part One
Geomagentic storms were strong during the initial blows of these Cosmic Winds. Solar wind (plasma influxes) are consistent; a stream of higher vibrational Source-light-encoded light. Alignments during this passage assist the ever-increasing influx of these plasma delivery systems. This phase is different, however. Energies always rise, get stronger, that is the shift itself. This new frequency is revealing higher trajectories for many, which in turn levels up the collective Ascension.
As the planetary magnetics shift, it opens Gateways – ancient Gateways – for activation of Gaia’s crystalline core to radiate 5D activations. It also triggers awakened DNA and lightbodies to go into Ascension mode. This is why the body, mind, and emotions are so stimulated right now. This is the new light level consistently blooming, expanding us into the next creation which is already in place. New Earth Now.
This Divine Will influx is significantly altering the magnetics and grids of Gaia. Note the consistent solar wind and geomagnetic storms all throughout the Equinox influx from March 15. This is strong energy, powerful dimensional-shifting, consciousness-raising light. On the evening of March 16th I experienced six hours of watching the lightwave come nearer, activating extremely pure planetary and star toroidal fields in nearby systems. There were also vast fields of sparkling 5D-rainbow plasma flowing with this activity. More on that in the next article.
These pure phototonic deliveries are unlocking the magnetic stronghold which held old systems in place. As above, so below, Beloveds. Old game over, both externally and internally. This is why your lifestream is demanding change on a personal level. This is why you cannot create with the old energy, or why it feels uncomfortable to do so. Our higher trajectory, Primary Christed timelines, are doing what was intended; empowering the creators and active participants of this experience to raise all willing hearts into Unity consciousness.
Deconstructing the Old Architecture, the Old Storyline.
Think Universal, act local. The collective demands change on all levels. This is a reciprocal effect; the energies coming in create change, the Divine return of a pure experience of Source. Ascension is a command from Source; our entire Universe is shifting. The collective responds to the triggering light by seeking truth.
This has been going on for decades; the revelation of that which was hidden. The intensity increases; more light provides more exposure. As distortions, time-loops, uncomplimentary timelines and holographic inserts/imprints are removed, the collective consciousness catches up to the true level of light; the Divine Truth. Revelation begins to accelerate, the energies amplify, and our body-mind-spirit complex adjusts.
Part of the Gatekeeper credo is ensuring that everyone is provided with the opportunity to explore their Ascension without boundaries or control systems interfering with their path. This is what is occurring right now with Ascension. Everything is being cleared so that the collective experience of Ascension is wide open for exploration by all.
Anxieties and Insecurities
This current energy is aimed at global, palpable awakening and transparency. Insecurities, lack of confidence, emotional deep purging may get intense right now. Yes, it is part of the process and DNA/lightbody upgrades. However you may have noticed that it feels different, almost too intense in some moments. This is happening at the same time that many of us are experiencing intense bliss. Global magnetic shifts also alter your personal magnetics, however there is more going on.
As we move into unity consciousness, we can feel the collective field. Much of the insecurity, egoic clearing, and confidence challenges are a reflection of what is occurring behind the scenes. Those who believed that money and control were the most important thing, have no heart platform to stand on as the timelines shift. They feel they are losing everything by losing their material belongings, social status, financial status, or belief systems about how this was going to unfold. They are afraid of exposure and judgment. These HUmans have a deep ties energetically to nearly everyone on the planet. The core-shaking loss that they feel as the New Light takes over the plan is palpable.
We have experienced loss, reevaluation of all that we are, and the release of egoic-level attachments through our Ascension process. That same process is available to those who have chosen lower timelines. However, when it hits the powers-that-were in such a strong way, there are collective reverberations of those emotions and constructs being released. Those who are completely enamored and entangled with control-as-power, manipulation-as-power, are suffering. We must remember this is a collective release of what was created here, on overdrive.
There is much deep soul-searching as old structures collapse. However here is the point of mentioning behind the scenes in this article: Because we are all One, because the energy is doing the exact same thing to our personal lives that it is doing to the old structures, and because those systems had energetic ties to the entire collective, we feel it removing the old foundational platforms based on control, ego, and survival. This effects us on an individual case-by-case, person by person level. Clemency, forgiveness, emotional and psychological breakdowns from those transparency operations are palpable.
The energy does the same thing to our journeys as it does to larger operating systems. The questioning, the doubts, the fears, the insecurity, the lack of confidence … You see that this is all a reflection of what is happening on a mass scale. When folks at the top feel wounded and insecure, we feel it too. It teaches us empathy and compassion. In order to fully become a Christed being, we demonstrate non-judgment and forgiveness. False confidence or a false sense of power are falling away. This allows us to re-examine everything in this new light. Constructing new realities as we de-construct old ones is a mighty task for the lower Self. Have patience, follow the flow of this new light and let it change you.
Addiction to the old reality is breaking apart. Mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual distortion is surrendered so the palpable experience of a new path may be attained.
Spiritual Maturity, Spiritual Disclosure
The challenges to our spiritual maturity, our hearts, our relationships, releases the magnetics of the past. If you feel un-glued, that is exactly what is happening in your fields (and Gaia’s). Yes, the filters for our Ascension get finer and finer as we go through this process. That has been consistent. However this year, when we’re dealing with larger numbers in the awakened collective, the experience dissolves storylines and beliefs about who we were, and how we were going to walk through this.
This is a beautiful Mastery initiation to infinite possibility. We place our hearts on the feather scale. What has been learned and did we apply it properly? Is there anything that needs to shift to accommodate the higher trajectory?
We keep refining what we are in order to merge with our Higher True Self. Those of us feeling and creating this pull to the higher level, must respect and honor it. The High-Vibe Tribe reaches out multidimensionally to create highest outcomes for all.
Relationship with Source: Apply Multidimensional Awareness to Everything
Our relationship with Source is tested. Relationship issues are a reflection of the relationship with Self, which is a relationship with Source. The Divine searches for its own reflection, amplifies the Sacred mirrors and corrects distortion.
As this pure Source light returns, we deeply honor our relationship with Source. We feel and honor our relationship with creation, everything as God, as Self. Our relationship to Source is completing and aligning relationships in form because the Higher Self relationship is purifying with Source.
We are learning during this bifurcation process how realities are separated, and how they arise into something else. We remember our ancient creation, and how to create again in alignment with Source. We are reaching for the highest truth, the highest expression. Anything which limits the full expression of your highest trajectory is exposed.
Focus on multidimensional awareness and apply it to everything that is presenting in your lifestream. All situations, interactions, emotions, behaviors, words, projects, and creations. This is the emergence of our consistent presence as one unified consciousness. Everything traverses dimensions; apply this knowledge directly to what is presenting.
The new light level can be intense in some moments; both intense bliss and intense realignment with the Christed/Crystalline/Unity timelines. Our vibrancy is tested. Authenticity is tested. Spiritual maturity is tested. Oversoul groups are raising as many as possible into the higher experience with ease and grace. The brighter we glow, the easier it is for others to see the light.
Primary Christed timelines are very high vibrational creations, and by quantum effect they raise our experiences into zero point. Remember they are a part of bridging the worlds; we use them to Ascend to 5D. As always,the vibrational pass-key is the Christed/Crystalline HUman Heart.

This is in tribute to who was most likely the closest friend I ever had – for the longest time too. 18 year friendship that continued until her untimely death a year ago last August. Well, untimely for me and those who loved her ~ most especially her children.
I miss her most every day.
I miss her a lot right now.
She was one of the very very few people in my life to ever “get” me.
I was one of the few people in her life to “get” her as well.
We were so different in some ways, but also so alike in others.
We had similar, nearly identical challenges.
She too was highly sensitive, amazingly gifted, very intelligent, and such a huge bright light which combined with a huge fear of her amazing self and being hurt, she could only look at the world as a serious threat to her safety ~ something I could relate to very well.
Our conversations were often total streams of consciousness. Sometimes they would turn into stories. Both of us being highly imaginative with a wickedly smart-ass sense of humor we once came up with a narrative about a single mother from the south who had a flair for bold patterns of polyester and bright pink lipstick. Total cliche but hysterical to both of us.
There was also the sharing of our real-life experiences. When we met, both of us were recently single coming out of long-term marriages. So we uh, had some fun in our exploring and even more fun as we shared stories of our encounters. Most of those stories will remain secret forever, including the one with me that involved 7-up in a Dairy Queen cup that ended up getting splattered all over my car (did I say I have a temper sometimes??) and her lamenting over “my alphieeeeeeeeeee”. We both would laugh hysterically as we would share these experiences while having those tender moments in relishing in our amazing connection, knowing no one but the other would ever “get” it when I would say “7-up from Dairy Queen at the bookstore” or she would say “my alphieeeeeeeeeeeeeee”.
We would have our challenges too. Ok, those bitch fights. They were nasty at times. I wasn’t against dropping the “f” bomb. She would pretend she was too proper to use such language and how appalled she was by my use of language~ which was a huuuuuuuge lie. lol She could swear up a storm when she wanted.
We were really sister’s – just with a different mother. And father. We loved each other like sister’s. Fought like sister’s. Shared every thought and opinion and feeling and experience like Sister’s.
The phone calls would go on for hours. Our record was 8 hours. And yes, for the curious, we ate when hungry and went to the bathroom when needed – never taking a pause in the conversation. We were that amazing in our ability to gab.
We had periods of time when we didn’t speak. That was usually after a fight. But then time would pass and one of us would reach out to the other, at times the apologies would fly, other times we just went right back to this beautiful complex thing of being girl friends.
As I said above, usually that’s what would cause us not to speak. Except for the last time we spoke. We just kinda stopped talking. Not for any reason. It wasn’t due to any conflict. It just happened. And then I had the sudden hunch I needed to look at her son’s facebook page. As I pulled it up my heart sunk. Her son had a picture of his mom as his updated photo.
I knew. No one had to tell me. I knew. I could feel it. She was gone.
I found her daughter on facebook and reached out. I heard back immediately. She and her brother had been trying to find me to let me know their mom, my beautiful most special friend I had ever had had died just a couple of weeks prior after a short (as in weeks) battle with cancer.
I don’t want to focus on that because I already have here in a post from long ago. And it wouldn’t be what she would want me to focus on. She would want me to end this with something silly ~ which she did well. Very well. She was the friend who would dress up as a baby on halloween with like little effort and pull it off brilliantly. Aside from Christmas, she loved halloween. She also loved birthday’s and would go all out. Over the years I had some beautiful cards with amazing decorations. Her silly made her amazing with young children and puppies.
So how to end this then. I don’t know if I can find the silly in how I am feeling now. I just miss her. Right now, a lot. I have still not gotten used to not pulling up my e-mail and sending her a message. Something happens, I want to tell her. I think that’s the most difficult. When you experience something, a challenge, something dramatic or silly or amazing and the first person to pop into your mind is no longer here in which to share.
And yet she is around. I suddenly felt her tonight after not feeling her for quite awhile. She did come around after she passed and gave me a pat on the shoulder then a visual with a marigold – one of her favorite flowers. Flowers ~ one of her many “things”.
Silly. Hmm. Ok, I will end this with a story then. It’s about a girl name Susie who came into this world, light so bright, she scared those redneck hillbillies around her, including her sister whose name was Marge and well let’s just say the nickname for her sister rhymed with Marge and began with the letter “L”. Continuously misunderstood by her family, she channeled her light into her artwork. In time, she hooked up with a rebel she came to call Miss V. Together, these two figured out how to solve the world’s problems, which included paying mother’s and housewives half a million a month, making politicians pass lie detector tests and getting rid of football. They wrote stories together, at times songs, although they never quite finished them. There was always something new and more interesting to talk about. Sharing a love of puppies, they also had the attention span of a puppy at times. Both though shared a common vision ~ a world lacking in love. Seriously lacking in love. She knew love solved everything. They both did. And while their vision still flickers, it is a little less bright after her departure from this realm.
Which means the one still behind, Miss V, needs to hold that flame that much stronger and brighter.
