Galactic Codex ~ 2/26/18

 

Editor’s note:  Yeah, well overall this is beautiful….but I do not like the implication that humanity isn’t capable of cleaning up this mess.  We are – with HELP – with the return of the resources and tech (inner and outer) that was taken from us.  Of course it doesn’t help when the majority still support the current systems in place so maybe we do need intervention.  I have been calling it forth for years – as an equal Being.  Bring it!  And remember ~ we are ALL “Ascended Masters” ~ we have just forgotten.

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.

As the Galaxy was being liberated form the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.

We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.

Section  I: The Law of Divine Grace

Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience

To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.

Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life.  Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity.   Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur.  Let us explain the subsections:

Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance

This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.

Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension

This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.

Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family Mandala

This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.

Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information

This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.

Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom

This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.

Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties

Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings

This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.

 

Section III: The Law of Balance

Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh

This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.

Section IV: The Law of Intervention

The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws

This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces.  The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light.  On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene.  This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.

Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws

This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces.  The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth.  The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power  darkness had over  Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.

Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary

This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force.  The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.

Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation.  So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing  current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.

It’s called quantum entanglement, it’s extremely fascinating and  counter to what we believe to be the known scientific laws of the universe, so much so that Einstein himself could not wrap his head around it. Although it’s called “quantum entanglement,” though Einstein referred to it as “spooky action at a distance.”

Recent research has taken quantum entanglement out of the theoretical realm of physics, and placed into the one of verified phenomena. An experiment devised by the Griffith University’s Centre for Quantum Dynamics, led by Professor Howard Wiseman and his team of researchers at the university of Tokyo, recently published a paper in the journal Nature Communications confirming what Einstein did not believe to be real: the non-local collapse of a particle’s wave function. (source)(source), and this is just one example of many.

They did this by splitting a single photon between two laboratories, and testing whether measurement of it in one laboratory would actually cause a change in the local quantum state in the other laboratory.  In doing so, researchers were able to verify the entanglement of the split single photon.

Researchers have since replicated this experiment over and over again, with results of entanglement seen at kilometres of distance. Below is a great visual depiction of what quantum entanglement from the film, “What The Bleep Do We Know.”

Interesting Phenomena Are Occurring At The Homestead

 

This one needs some drama, although the story itself is pretty cool on its own.

It was a dark and stormy night…

Ok, maybe not stormy but it was dark and cold.

A couple of nights ago my mate and I were hanging on the couch.  It was late ~ around 1am.  Nothing unusual going on.  Suddenly we hear this very loud “wooshing” sound outside.  Very low frequency that felt like it “sped up”.  It started to the south and went north.  Whatever “it” was was moving very fast. The best way to describe it was the sound of a very fast moving large car or plane.  The house vibrated a bit ~ nothing really strong but noticeable. We had never heard a car or plane sound that way.  After a few minutes we shrugged it off.

Then it happened again.

Yeah.  Again.

Same direction of movement.  Same noise.

My mate flies off the couch and runs outside.

There is no car.  No plane.  Not even a cool looking UFO.

Nothing but silence.

The wind was still and it had not been windy at all.

WTH?

I have had a couple of days to ponder this.  Until I have evidence of something else, I feel a portal was opened out front.

A year ago, I was meditating, focused literally on nothing.  I had no expectations.  I was just allowing whatever within me wanted to be seen/shown.  What came through surprised me.

I saw a portal open out in my street.  In the vision (which came in a flash), I was outside talking with neighbors across the street.  Suddenly this watery-like wall “divided” us.  I could still see them but I could not hear them. They did not seem to see me any longer.

Weeks later, I decided, while in meditation, to see if I could be shown the next “realm” beyond the portal I had seen.  I was suddenly but gently tossed into the new earth realm ~ that world I have dreamed of for over 10 years.  I walked a ways and saw the house I have also seen for the same number of years.  Once I said “wow there’s the house!” I was “tossed” back into this realm where I sat up in bed with a jolt.

Late last year, an article by Rick Jewers showed up on my social media feed. He shared how many of us have personal portal’s on our property.  !!  Chills went through my body as my mind struggled to grasp what I was reading.  I am indeed very open to all things “woo woo” ~ but I am also equally the type to want proof.  I often say “synchronicity is proof” and “for the most part, there are no coincidences”.

And yet….

Then there was the time, just days after I read the article I speak of above where I stood out back and did an energy grounding exercise around the portal.  As I stood there, the sun suddenly brightened to a noticeable intensity ~ enough that it was blinding even with sunglasses on.  As I got online later to share my experience I read where others had similar experiences with the sun when doing the same exercise.

Obviously I have never both seen a portal open and walked through while in body.  But the movies I have seen have portrayed openings in time/space as having a similar sound.  I was able to find this clip from The Last Starfighter.  Go to the 1.26 second mark to hear (briefly) the sound.  This is what it sounded like only it was more intense and lasted for about 5 seconds.

If something was opened we saw nothing enter or exit.  No object.  If something did, it was cloaked and left as quickly as it entered.

Oh and did I add that the location it started was in the same place as I have “seen” this portal out front.

If that wasn’t enough, the doorbell on my daughter’s doll house has begun going off.  We asked for a sign after this experience and there you go ~ ding dong ~ something that began happening about 2 years ago at an almost nightly experience.  Around 10:30-11pm, that darn doorbell would go off on its own.  One night I was having a moment, longing to feel my “family” – “out there” – asking for a hello – when it went off.

I have learned not to feed the UFO/Paranormal/Galactic/Cosmic fascination. I have learned not to “lose” myself.  I remain firmly grounded, ever discerning, and yet that part of me is not able to just dismiss all of this as coincidence.  Or mere nonsense.

Because it isn’t.

Because I AM not “nonsense”.

None of us are.

These experiences are as real as ALL that I Am.

Bloke reported missing turns up 3,000 miles away after ‘TELEPORTING’

 

This one gave me chills.  Found wearing the same gear, not sure how he arrived.  Expect to see more such things as we get this ability returned to us. Just gotta remember how to use it (to get us back to our original location).

Constantinos “Danny” Filippidis, 49, from Toronto, was reported missing last Wednesday by friends who could not locate the man at the New York resort.

The married dad-of-two was enjoying a trip with a group of fellow firefighters when they lost track of him as Whiteface Mountain range was closing.

His belongings – including his identification documents – were discovered in his lodge, along with his car in the parking lot.

A widespread search mission saw hundreds of volunteers spend almost 7,000 hours scaling steep and icy terrain.

Rescue dogs and helicopters were also dispatched in a last-ditch attempt, as friends and family feared the worst.

The Solar Flash Is Close

 

I am sharing this one as it resonates with me for a few reasons.  One, she had a dream of this event the same time period I did (early 2017).  Secondly, she feels (as I and so many others do) this event is weeks away.  Lastly, she is a mama, driven to share information on her website, struggling with feeling guilty that she is not spending as much time w/her child as she would like.  I share the same experience at times (and if I listened to myself 100% of the time I would spend even more time at this ~ I continue to see myself doing live video’s on my youtube channel, breaking down news article’s I see and sharing my experience, but I just don’t have that kind of time).  She has a draw to the Pleiadian’s.  I’m still on the fence about this galactic connection.  I know I have lived elsewhere as have we all.  I know I have connections with other Being’s from other realms.  I had that experience in July of 2009 where I was telepathically called to come outside and when I did, saw the most beautiful, amazing white pulsing orb/craft, had some communications and left me with “see you soon”.  However, I do not give my trust 100% to anything outside of Me ~ especially with any Being I have not met.  My personal creed: be open to all Being’s but don’t follow blindly no matter how cool their toys and abilities.

It’s Sunday night and I’m buzzing. It’s not a very pleasant kind of buzzy though. I have had a couple of attacks today that have left me with an intense anxiety in my solar plexus. The first was accompanied by a faster-than-usual heartbeat; the second by breathlessness and at one point I got so dizzy I almost blacked out. Unfortunately this is the reality for lightworkers when they’re stepping into their power and creating real, tangible change for the liberation of this prison planet. I’m kind of getting used to it and to be honest it highlights to me where I need to be doing better protection work!

On a personal note I seem to be going through some challenging feelings around my role as a mama. I think because my mission is stepping up in a big way, and I’m having all of these Pleiadian contact experiences as well as getting my website going, I feel like I’m neglecting Tommy. He’s watching quite a lot of TV these days, and when you read the studies about how bad it is for brain development and you know about the AI interference and all the rest of it… well, it’s easy to beat yourself up. But I know the solar flash is coming soon and everything will change so much then, which doesn’t excuse it but it does mean that I have to weigh up all my options to make sure I’m making progress in the most important and urgent areas. Right now, with the solar flash happening in a matter of weeks, I feel that getting my website up and running is an absolute priority. On top of that, the more transmissions I can do with people the better as it all contributes to the liberation and to the healing of Gaia.

I did a transmission this morning for Tim and it was so unbelievably powerful. And I felt so much like I’m in my element as I was doing it, and it made me realise how much this is my calling. It’s such a joy to feel confident in what I’m bringing to the world, and it’s a big change for me too!

Onto more exciting things! I realised tonight as I was struggling to sit upright at the dinner table that this wasn’t just the feeling of being attacked, but rather it was the feeling of being with my Pleiadians. Where my consciousness kind of divides and part of me joins them on their ship, so I’m much less able to function in my physical body. It’s happening daily now and I realise they are preparing and attuning me for physical contact.

There have been some beautiful updates from them lately. The day before yesterday (Friday 9th) I felt the energies coming through so strongly in the night that I was like a lightning rod. Energy coursed through my body in waves. I got maybe one hour’s sleep. I asked my guides to ease it off but unfortunately I had no luck! The energy washed through and around my body, and it felt like it was transforming me. It was so strong and intense that I honest to god thought the Event was going to happen the following day. It felt similar to the prophetic dreams that I had around a year ago of how the Event will feel. Powerful, intense, yet blissful energies that come in one wave after another until we can’t actually move and we just have to lie still and surrender. It’s going to be so beautiful, I can’t wait!

So my Pleiadians have been giving me some further guidance through the downloads I have been receiving. They have asked me to share this publicly to help people connect with the expansive possibility and potential for the future.

They revealed to me that soon after the Event, they will make physical contact with me. I will be like their representative or ambassador. (By the way when I say Pleiadians I am talking specifically about a small group who are my soul family and are currently in a ship in sublunar space. As for the wider Pleiadian community I am not sure exactly what their moves will be). They showed me that I will wake up at around 4 or 5am one night when everyone is asleep. They will have landed in a park near my house. I will be telepathically guided to their location and I’ll go and meet them.  They will then take us (myself, my little boy Tommy and my partner Tim) onto their ship. They will take us on a journey so we can fly with them and see some of beautiful Gaia from the skies (I’m not sure how high we’ll go!) while they also give us a healing and a briefing as to what we need to do in the coming days and weeks (I just checked the word count at 777).
