editor’s note:  my neighbor had never heard of this ~ and didn’t believe me when i said inscribed on it was the vision of seeing the population set at 500 million.  when i pulled it up on a mainstream page and let him read it, he was disturbed.  check out the message left by someone obviously against the sentiments as written…
