Sleep is still ~ well we’ve left normal for good it seems.  No clocks.  No calendars.  Sleep, etc. whenever the body needs it.  We went to bed last night (after I napped a couple of times).  Flash ahead to the middle of the night where I’m raiding the refrigerator and I hear my mate searching in the dark “I’m coming into the kitchen don’t bump into me” and he helps himself to some food.

Mind can still only take in so much now.  Strong need for a lot of silence.  Let me know how ya’ll are doing if you are so inclined.  I always like to know.

Then my mate comes inside and lets me know his phone is taking pictures – on its own – AND saving them.  We both intuited to look at 17 drops for two of them:

2:44 last month a pic was taken so i look up 17 drop 244 (there’s something to this as i wear a t-shirt that says “DON’T QUIT” – with the DO & IT in gold but I have always called it my DO IT Q shirt – i happen to have it on today – i had picked out another shirt but something in my mind said “put on the DO IT Q shirt”)……..check this out:
