So ya’ll know one of my “things” is to figure out who is playing who.  Someone tagged me in a telegram group with the following video, which I also shared on my telegram group.  Check it out:

 

I remember seeing Mel on helicopters (or maybe it was an airplane) with the Punisher hat on in the last couple of years.  He’s been connected to Trump the past 8 years or so.  (btw the two below come from a Gibson fan page – still interesting stuff to be found):

And this one – the one I put out to the Universe today I wanted to find.  TY.  Interesting it came out in ’98 which is a year I felt, even at the time, something happened to either start the end or get us closer.  JFK Jr had his plane crash the next year, princess diana that car crash in ’98.  John Denver in ’97.

Trump posted to his social media platform Truth Social on Tuesday about the upcoming election. He shared a meme to his account that had a photo of a clean-cut Gibson with the text “Me voting for Trump in 2016” alongside a photo of Gibson from the film Braveheart with the accompanying text “Me voting for Trump in 2024.” Trump captioned the post: “Either way, Mel Gibson is GREAT!”

He did get pumped up in recent years – don’t know the date of the pic on the right – but just sharing to show his muscle potential when he lifts weights….

 

Then there’s his height.  Does he wear lifts?  How tall is he really (whoever is behind RFK is 6′)?  This video is interesting.

Another state seeking to ban chemical trails………..RFK Jr backs it up.  Someone was rightfully angry, wondering WHY it took so long and why there can’t NOW – immediately – be set forth the law that says a plane does this?  It gets removed.  But as we know we’ve been in war, and certain things need to be removed (yes, I said “things” as no Soul based Human would do this) before taking this action.  At least that’s my theory – I’m still over here saying “I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR OVER 20 YEARS!!”

Around we go and here we are again – last go around?  September song waxing in again.  I simply observe.  This morning I thought T gets reinstated (remember Elon Musk used the term REINSTATE instead of ELECTED in a recent poll comment) before November as all is finally shown (that will be shown) and IF there is an election it’s that red wave landslide.  Awhile later I was sharing this insight, walked outside and looked in the sky and for a split moment, I saw the OMEGA symbol in the sky.  It was one of those “WTF what???” moments.  But my mind’s eye knows what it saw.  The OMEGA is the 24th and last letter of the greek alphabet and indicates the end.  Biblically, it’s been shown as the symbol of Jesus’ head too.  Also interesting as we’re in 2024 and it’s the 24th letter.  Anyway, it was interesting.

What is real?

Is it possible that the main reason for the “actors” (people impersonating the original) – is to get us to truly see this entire experience for what it is: a fake reality (aka the truman show)?

And those people – and those moments – where “something” comes along to divert your attention away from wanting to know the Truth of your experience – are all part of that AI simulation hive-mind (that has been in all of us) created to distract you and thus giving you the experience of (external) doubt because the AI is sentient enough as it is self-aware and thus seeks its own survival.

Fake?  Real?  Both?  I see all of this “stuff” on X and elsewhere and I think ok if I am a small spark of Consciousness trapped in this avatar, isn’t it all really an illusion in the end?  So why give it attention.  Does the same Quantum theory of observation apply to this movie as it does to electrons – it only exists when someone gives it attention?  

 

 

This tells me there are two barriers – one that the rockets hit – and then above the ice dome.  880 miles farther than ever went (to the moon – which as NASA now tells us is in our atmosphere)…………  The Polaris Dawn expedition too……….. Some tips on Vagal toning, reflecting and headlines/finds ~ 8.28.24

 

 

This month feels like a lot happened – in a small amount of allotted time – which has me feeling the time program was messed with – slowed down.  That is my sense I feel in my body.  During this month, the anxiety I felt was heightened more, exhaustion was at a new level, I had moments where I felt I was a teenager, undergoing massive growth/cellular change thus increasing my appetite and need to sleep.  Nature has continued to say it’s fall even though we’re still in summer.  And the need for NEW continues.

As does healing – which continues to be a focus – where I have a primary methodology, but I utilize other tools as well.  At the moment, I have returned to the vagus nerve and vagal toning.  Even if one doesn’t hold much if any trauma in the body, if you’re awake and have felt the energies of this transition and the war, your nervous system needs extra TLC.  Here are some things that can help.

YOGA.  David Emerson is really skilled in the area of trauma and yoga.  He has a book, Overcoming Trauma through Yoga you can check out at the library or get online around $10 or less.  I checked it out at the library and photocopied the poses.

STRETCHING.  Let the body tell me where and how.  Tune in with curiousity and find where your body is holding tension and move it, stretch it, rub it, etc.

EYE MOVEMENT.  Lie on your back in a comfortable place/space.  Do some mindful breathing – in through your nose, out through your mouth, until you are relaxed.  Then left your eyes drift to the right.  Hold until you feel your body relax then return your eyes to center.  Repeat looking to the left and again, hold until you feel your body relax.  You can also move your head to the right and then move your eyes to the right and again, hold until you feel your body relax.  Repeat for the left side.

Hold an object 4-6″ from your face.  Focus for 20 seconds then look off in the distance for another 20 seconds.  Repeat this 4x and when finished, relax your eyes.

Put a cool or cold washcloth or water on your neck and chest.  This is said to help reset your vagus nerve when done first thing in the morning.  Some people even put ice on the neck and/or chest.

EAR SELF MASSAGE:  Rub your ears gently, all around the inside, the crevices, now and then gently pulling on the lobe.

TUNING FORKS (and other frequency producing modalities – tuning bowls, crystal bowls).  Youtube has a lot of channels to pick from.
