check out this UHHH WOW read. it’s a new image to my eyes. the alleged protective “bar” is all scrunched up – and broken – once again only in a new way. huge data gaps continue on the solar wind reads but last i looked the plasma level continues to be very low. that really has an impact on me. are we to integrate these energies? that’s about all i know how to do although this plasma stuff is a challenge so just accepting it as it is seems about all i really CAN do.
are any of you feeling this? at this point in this game i don’t understand how people are going out into the world each day and functioning “normally”. i had just a few hours of little kiddos over here today and that was enough for me. although i did not sleep well last night. i woke up at 4am wide awake. i’ve been doing that lately. took about 2 hours to get back to sleep. taking some magnesium but nothing seems to be helping. must be the energies. i did spend the time focusing on areas of tension in my body and did some forgiveness work with each area. anyway….the zombified state is every present again…..grateful for everything i do have.
because it is the last night before bed, I declared that I forgive everything in me, no matter what I did in this and other lives. the result was, during “sleep”, a cleaning as heavy as cleaning a truck full of shit alone. although we have to be careful not to get caught up in the workings of false memories and battles deployed to expend our energy, I believe we are actually doing this cleansing and adapting the new energies in advance so that we can then help others, as I read in another article ( I do not remember if it was here), it seems that everyone (or at least most) will pass, and then they will pick up everything at once at high frequencies. surely they will need help, at that moment I hope all the “helpers” are with the vitality of a super hero. this change has been gradual for several years, but in the last months it is really intense, mainly from December to today, and beyond …,
