Why is it I get into the flow in the early wee hours of the morning? Oh well – it is as it is.
First I saw this ~ the lovely Lisa Harrison on her TG Chat:
“Some of you may have heard me say over the last year that everything coming up takes me back to or relates to something the group did in 2018, if you haven’t seen it yet, check out the movie ‘the Adam project’…..time travel, have to go back to 2018 to change the future and we are ‘talking to ourselves’ heme, something home said to me years ago”
The synchs………! 2018 was something I began feeling a year ago and at the time I thought 2021 was “IT”. Now I’m feeling I was a year off. 2018 – the year I had most of my visions/dreams of the end/the event – so much so I thought for certain 2018 was the year we exit. One of the dreams I had that I shared recently because it has come back to me in recent weeks is the mailbox removal dream. It was the end of “their” world as we know it – and I felt great. There was a palpable calm that was everywhere. In it I took my mates hand and said “it only took us about 20 years” and as I shared – our 20 year anniversary is this May.
I looked up The Adam Project. It’s streaming now on Netflix. Check out the plot:
In a dystopian 2050, fighter pilot Adam Reed (Ryan Reynolds) steals his time jet and escapes through time on a rescue mission to 2018. However, he accidentally crash-lands in 2022 instead where Adam meets his 12-year-old self. Younger Adam is struggling with the recent death of their father, Louis (Mark Ruffalo), in a car accident. He feels bitter towards his mother, Ellie (Jennifer Garner), and keeps getting into fights at school. Adam reluctantly enlists his younger self’s help to repair his jet and reveals that he is looking for his wife, Laura, who was supposedly killed in a crash while on a mission in 2018.
Adam is being chased by Maya Sorian (Catherine Keener), the leader of the dystopian world, and her lieutenant Christos who attempt to apprehend Adam and take him back to 2050. About to be defeated, the two are rescued by Adam’s wife Laura (Zoe Saldana) who reveals she had escaped an assassination attempt on her and was left stranded in the past. Laura had learned that Sorian had travelled back in time and altered the past to give herself control of time travel and the future.
Laura urges Adam to travel back to 2018 and destroy time travel, which was created by his father Louis, to set things right and save the future. Sorian attacks and Laura sacrifices herself so that the two Adams can escape. Chased by Sorian and with only enough power left for a one-time jump, Adam and his younger self jump back to 2018.
In 2018, the two Adams find their father Louis who is teaching a college class and ask their father for help in their quest to destroy the particle accelerator. Louis initially refuses out of ethical and scientific concerns. Later, younger Adam confronts his future self about his hate and anger toward their father. Older Adam realizes that the source of his anger is the bitter lingering pain over their father’s death.
The two Adams approach the Sorian Technology building to destroy the particle accelerator. As older Adam approaches the building and young Adam has eyes on him through a drone, future troops appear from their camouflage and battle ensues. During the fight, Louis shows up in Ellie’s Subaru SUV and saves older Adam by crashing into the troops, who were in another SUV. Louis decides to help, because the two Adams will not succeed without him.
Louis explains that they must destroy a hard drive deep inside the particle accelerator, containing a mathematical algorithm that is needed for successful time travel. Once they destroy this drive and the formula with it, time travel will cease to exist.
A battle erupts between all parties, damaging the particle accelerator and causing it to overload. When older Sorian attempts to shoot Louis with an armor-piercing weapon, the accelerator’s massive magnetic field deflects the bullet, killing younger Sorian and erasing the older one. As the accelerator is about to explode, Louis and his two sons escape the building just in time.
With time travel destroyed and the future set right, Louis tells his sons that he does not want to know his fate, although it is implied he knows that he will die soon. He reminds his sons that he must not know anything that might change what time has in store for him. They collectively decide to have a game of baseball catch. As Louis retrieves a ball he turns around to see the two Adams have vanished to return to their respective times.
In 2022, young Adam lets go of his bitterness and anger over his Dad’s death. He reconciles with his mother and both express their love for each other. Years later, older Adam is attending a college class and meets a lost Laura, under the exact circumstances that he described earlier to young Adam. Older Adam is then seen escorting Laura to the correct classroom where she is a guest speaker.
Notice how it begins in 2050 – he travels back in 2018 – or makes the attempt and instead (accidentally) ends up in 2022. WH are in control – WE are in control. And I swear to you on all I know to be true but I keep feeling as in every. single. day. that we on the outside are communicating to us inside now. And that merge is accelerating now – it’s like the connection has been made and nothing can break it now.
I asked for thoughts – and Lisa responded with this to say:
“thoughts? yes lol, fuckin love it, thank you……today on members call we discussed the USA decision to make daylight saving time permanent….such a marker….no more going backward and forward in time…..so much more happened today during the call, it was reminiscent of 2018 as several on the call felt”
I too had a little quiet nudge about the daylight saving thing here congress did – out of the blue too. They call it the Sunshine Protection Act. I decided to gematria it:
