editor’s note: i’m not sure if the CHAGE is a typo – i googled the term and about all i came up with was a linux password reference and a japanese singer. we’ll know for sure if it is a typo or not soon…those are always addressed at some point. anyway it’s in reference to v. jarrett’s twitter where she ends it “change is coming”…this time Q puts it in the cage box.
