I spent $83 for a 6 piece bath towel set on February 15, 2023 – not even a year ago. It arrived about 10 days later. I’ve been buying towels for decades and have always been able to get 2 years or so out of them. A L W A Y S. Heck, I have towels I bought 20 years ago and they are still in tact.
I checked my online receipt and went online and saw where his towels carry a 10 year warranty. Who does warranty on towels? No one I’ve ever done business with. That’s quite impressive, I thought, but skeptical. Was there anything hidden? So I called up their customer service and was greeted by a recording of Mike Lindell himself before being put on hold. I then heard “we are experiencing a higher than usual call volume” thinking oh no – is this going to turn into a 20 minute wait – but then was told my wait time would be 2 minutes.
Not a long wait at all.
Sure enough, within 2 minutes I spoke with a very nice woman, shared my situation and without hesitation, she said they would be sending a brand-new set (even though only 1 is ruined and the other is starting to shred) – same color – free of charge – and they would be arriving within 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping. Normally their shipping takes 10-14 days to deliver product.
Very. Impressed.
More Companies could stand to learn some things from Mike Lindell and My Pillow. THIS is how you do business.
If you haven’t, give MyPillow products a try. They usually have deals. Customer service is the best. Warranty means Warranty. And usually (with this one exception) their products are of high quality (we have some of his sheets).
And one last caveat: You get entertained by Elvis – Amazing Grace – while you are on hold. Who doesn’t love The King?
I got 2 of the My Pillows a couple years ago. You can wash them. They’re holding up fine.

I always had a good vibe about Lindell. And appreciated his doc which covered cyber interference in the 2020 election. The fact that he was targeted by the Demonrats also earned my respect. Good man. Good products. A true patriot. Thanks for the heads up on the towels!
