So it is HIPPA or HIPAA…..or is there one of those “mandela effects” at play?

 

There’s a lot of talk about HIPPA/HIPAA with the face diapers and now the job.  (swap the vowel with an a)

I saw this tonight on a friends f/b page:

For those who don’t know the HIPPA/HIPAA Mandela affect: When I owned a wellness center we had an MD there. 2012-2015, We followed
HIPPA: Health Information and Patient Privacy Act.
This act has never existed this reality. I came into this new reality some time around 2015 – 2016. Probably from Cern opening interdimension portals.
In this Matrix reality they only have
HIPAA: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
It’s so weird!
Now we know “they” have messed with time here in so many ways – so often – all for their benefit- so it wouldn’t surprise me if the words (and thus the original intent) of this act were changed.  So I decided to do some digging.  First I went to the wayback machine and typed in HIPPA.  Several websites came up from over 10 years ago – but none of them are operational today.

I was then lead to a Wikipedia piece on HIPAA – looking for HIPPA inserted somewhere.  Guess what?  I found something – dating back to 2003.  One of those dot gov sites too.

Abstract

The Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act (HIPPA) stipulates that patients must be permitted to review and amend their medical records.

See that?  H I P P A?  And the name of the Act?  The Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act (a little bit different from my friends reference above).

And yet what is it called today?  Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (which ‘net research says was established in 1996 under Clinton.) or HIPAA.

Notice that key word is now missing – P R I V A C Y.  

Now when I do further research to understand the difference all that comes up is that “HIPPA” is a typo and doesn’t represent any law or organization.  Here’s just one site with a piece written by someone with almost two decades as a Healthcare IT expert.

But what about the above info from 2003 from a government site?

      I felt that once I accepted all of what you have so excellently described then things went a bit smoother and actually started to make sense of things a bit better. Yes…it is all true. Everything you have thought your whole life about how things ain’t right is true and it can be a hell of a shock when you truly know this. You thought you knew before but you didnt really, you just thought you knew lol. So take heart…you are on the right track, as you say, imagine being one of the zombies when the shit hits the fan (and it will, it’s coming)……”absolutely devastated” was one term I heard recently which puts it as mildly as possible I would say.

      Hell scud it inty them…..as we say here in Scotland.

      If it’s any consolation, I think there are quite a few folk here who could compete with your American stoopids for first prize in stoopidness 😉

  2. It will be impossible to ensure medical privacy, when all our data is stored on a chip, that can be proximity scanned.

    Just imagine… interview day, you walk through into reception – the front door scans your chip – everything, education, work history, fiscal history (ever missed a credit card payment), medical history (are you diabetic, epileptic, HIV, had mental counseling…), social media points (have you been in FB jail… uh oh…reactionary), is instantly made available to the company.

    You may have the perfect work history for them, but, gosh darn it, that epilepsy, that you control with drugs, is a discriminating factor… that you have been in FB jail a couple of times – well… might as well not bother.

    Remember GATACA? That is where we are headed, and, like GATACA, humans will find a way around the system… there is always a way.

    Remember the ‘career chip’ in Futurama?

    I think they are turning up the 5G mind control now, leftists are getting more frantic, trying to influence the narrative at the street level, by appearing to be more numerous than they are… screaming louder, spending more time bullying folk that their way is right and the only way, projecting their hate on all around them, or forming mobs to achieve the result their controllers desire.

    Our school board meets tonight – I will tune in to see how that goes.

    Hubs was voted in as Association President again, so he will attend in person. It will be interesting to see if the ill informed bully mob of leftists turn out again to disrupt the proceedings… which is their main intent… if you can’t get your way, ensure nothing gets done.

    I slept pretty well last night, it took 1 min for the alarm to wake me – that is unusual. At least the wind has not picked up yet. Yesterday, the wind started before 5:30am and blew 20 – 30 mph all day until the sun set!

    Well another day begins…
