VK’s symbol intrigued me.  I decided to type it into the 17 stuff and found this – I realize it says :IP – however I was then drawn to look up Ghost IP.  That’s also below.  Could it be the above thing in the sky is being used to draw out the other side (for the masses to see) – and it will actually be used (again for the public) to show intel?  I don’t know – just sensing there’s a connection in there somewhere.  The 9 and 11 and 23 are also interesting.  Anyone want to take a guess??
