editor victoria’s comment ~ my neighbor, who is almost 80, walks barefoot daily – regardless of the weather. her diet isn’t so good and her other personal habits not so good either but i swear she is healthy as an ox otherwise. i have thought it has to be how she walks on the earth barefoot.
