editor’s note: is this really due to HATJ’s work? or will it just turn into another false hope, where all will get back online again and those thinking it was due to her hard work will go back to wishful wanting again. …. i would think if this really were due to her filings and “doing’s”, safety/back doors would be put in place as to not cause suffering to the people. they/we have had enough of that already. imagine going to get money for food only to be told nope – system is down – and you have nothing to feed your family. or necessary medicine for a child. but hey the cabal bankers – they’re sitting down to a nice meal in spite of this fiasco. the system shutting down means the assholes lose access to $$ – NOT THE PEOPLE.

#UniversalBackDoor: Severe disruption preventing Visa transactions being processed across Europe
Customers can only withdraw cash from ATMs of the bank they have account with.

Visa has said the company is experiencing ‘severe disruption’ with customers in Ireland and across Europe experiencing a major outage.
A spokesperson from Visa said: “Visa is currently experiencing a service disruption.
“This incident is preventing some Visa transactions in Europe from being processed.
“We are investigating the cause and working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.”
Several Irish banks have confirmed their customers have been effected by the outage.
In a tweet, Permanent TSB said: “There is currently an error affecting Visa Debit And Credit Cards across all banks. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing. We will update once the issue has been resolved.”
AIB said: “We are aware of intermittent issues with AIB cards today. We are working to resolve the matter and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
Bank Of Ireland told customers: “We are aware some customers are experiencing Visa debit card issues. This is impacting multiple banks across Europe. We will update when we know more. Cash withdrawals can be made at any BOI ATM.”
Customers have been advised they can only make an ATM withdrawal from the bank which they have their account with – for example an AIB customer won’t be able to withdraw from a Permanent TSB ATM and vice versa.
Customers will be unable to withdraw cash from other banks as the transaction is processed through Visa.
