Last night was hell for residents of La Saline, #Haiti as govt tried to forestall today's protests. More than 30 houses burned & 9 more dead, 40 wounded by bullets all perpetrated by #PHTK gangs. Human rights organizations are either bought off or asleep at the wheel.
