we are currently having absolute downpours. 50 degrees. just 12 hours ago the weather forecast was for showers ending early today – turning sunny. and now we have this – just 3 hours ago there was a sudden emergence of heavy, “long lasting” downpours around.
long lasting? that’s a new one. lol
i have lived in this part of the country my entire life experience – and i have never seen weather like this in september. something’s up – i feel it.
from what yellow rose has said – and her friend adam foreman – the realm has to be cooled and damp (w/a lot of rains) upon our exit. don’t know about that one but i am finding this amazing amount of rain and cool we are experiencing in a good portion of the states to be very unusual.
returning to this piece almost 2 hours later – it’s still pouring. one of our puddles measured 5″. storm drain up the street is flooding over.
please share your unusual weather experiences – if you are having any.
love,
victoria
Our weather turned from 96 Fahrenheit, down to 65 within hours; showers and thunderstorm included.
Very windy. Noticed slight chemtrail activity, but very light almost wispy trails, beforehand. It got quite windy, as the temperature dropped. It wasn’t a gusher like yours though. What state do you live in?
oregon. 🙂
Hi V. Too hot and dry still for going into October here in Colorado.
yikes – ok.
We have had an almost nonexistent monsoon this year, it normally should start in July and be done by now, however, we did have a lot more snow in January – we had around 10″, normally we get a dusting.
Last year we did have downpours in Sept/Oct, I recall, because I took photos of the puddles, so we could fill the low spots with gravel after.
The Seasons, have seemed slightly out, everything happening about a month later than normal.
Of course, saying that, it is cooling off faster now, three years ago we did not get frost until Thanksgiving – tonight it is supposed to be 40°, I suspect we will have frost in a couple of weeks.
I have prepared the garden already for the cold, pots in the greenhouse, everything else with plastic over it.
We are in N AZ.
northern az is beautiful! thank you for sharing. seems areas are either unusually dry or unusually wet. maybe that’s to be expected as things undergo massive changes – chaos before balance.
I am in Kansas. Dodge actually. It has been in the 80’s and 90’s still, maybe had a couple of cool days in the low 70’s. Not much rain although they have predicted it for the next couple of days. Eastern Kansas has been having more rain than we are in the west. Years ago in the 80’s 90’s and before we would always get a frost and cooler weather in Sept. The last few years it has been warmer and we haven’t gotten a frost until the end of October or first of November. Highly unusual, but things are so weird now, unusual seems to be the norm.
I got on the cats website and they were showing charts of high wave x energy all over the planet. I was super sleepy yesterday and today, running into walls again and last Thursday night had the ‘can’t sleep, tossing and turning’ thing again, which we all have had on and off for years now. Super grumpy too over the weekend and even today just feel so angry and pissy at everything. Usually I am a very calm, easy going person but I really blew up over the weekend. I keep trying to hang in there, but dang, sometimes it is just so so so hard.
oh i am always so relieved to hear when others lose their sheot – not just me. lol i gotta laugh – but behind the laugh is understanding. this is a real challenge – some more sensitive to frequency changes/shifts in the body. yes – unusual is indeed the norm. 🙂
