sounds to me they may be stealing the $$….people saying they made deposits which are not showing up…people not being allowed to make purchases…..and people attempting to w/d but only in limited amounts. i would guess this is the beginning of the end (transition into a new form of currency whether it’s GESARA or unfettered access…)….smoke conditions causing the problem continues to be their cover….and what is being exposed is that this illusion of money that we place into our bank accounts DOES NOT EXIST – if it did there would be enough to cover such a situation as the bank runs we are seeing now….although as i said above – it appears they are funneling money out (STEALING)…this HAS to align w/the military ops in LA and elsewhere….no fear….just some bumpy patches as we transition…..
