i forgot to add something – seeing someone comment on body aches today on a livestream – one of the reasons i was awake at 4:45am this morning was due to body aches – muscle and bone. cbd oil didn’t work – neither did rubbing my body or heat. i felt part of this was due to my experience yesterday at the store – it stirred up stuck trauma energy and it needed releasing. so i worked with it – did some physical stuff today – mostly played the piano and cried those tears. other than the physical pain i also felt nauseous and had/have very little appetite.

if you want to see something interesting going on w/the “sun” – go here and watch the video…..at first it looks like a dial is being turned/something is happening w/the camera lens but the effect is only happening on the right – which says something is eclipsing the camera or whatever it is that’s out there taking these images….
